Hey lovies!

It’s been a little while since I got to sit down and talk to y’all! Jon and I are moving in less than 2 weeks so we’ve been super busy packing and getting everything we need to make this as smooth a transition as possible. But, through all that stress and the stress of our careers, I’ve been feeling both mentally and physically exhausted, irritable and defeated… so I had to figure out a few ways to change my mindset to maintain a positive attitude.

  1. Prepare the night before

  2. Dress for success

  3. Eat fruits and veggies and less sugar and carbs

  4. Make time to workout

  5. Find 3 positive things that happened in your day

One bad day doesn’t define you, what you choose to allow that bad day to do to your mindset does.
