5 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Upon popular request, here is the recipe for the protein pancakes I made this morning!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1.5 bananas
1/4 tsp of cinnamon - I added a little extra because I love cinnamon
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract - I added a little extra because I wanted the pancakes to be savory

Directions:
Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Combine the eggs and remaining ingredients with the mashed bananas. Heat a nonstick pan with oil — I used avocado oil, but you can use which ever oil you prefer or even PAM. You’ll know the pancake is ready to be flipped when the top becomes a little firmer.

Yields: 4-5 shmedium (small/medium) pancakes

I found this recipe on instagram and just made some tweaks to suit my taste buds. It’s a great sunday brunch option!
